Project Time Management.

The team to develop the website will have a meeting and outline the activities required to come up with the website. The same team will have to detail in a document explaining how the identified activities are sequenced and then estimate and how their interdependencies are found and considered. They should then estimate the duration of the activities outlined within the time limit provided by AW.

Weekly meetings to be held by AW project manager and the developers. Updates on the project’s status and discussions on schedule changes will be the main agenda of these weekly meetings. In case the schedule changes the project manager will have to inform the management for approval.

The project manager and the management should come up with a maximum delay time allowed for the project. If in any case, there is a delay in time the project manager should present to the management a way to compensate for the time delayed.

Project Cost Management.

The project manager will be the person to create reports and generally manage the project costs throughout the duration of the project.

During the meetings to be held by the project manager and the management, the project manager will present to the management and review the project costs for the duration of time from the last held meeting to the currently being held meeting.

The project manager will be responsible to account for cost deviations and providing options of putting the project back on budget.

The project sponsor is the one holding the mandate to make changes to the project that will put the project back on track to be within the budget.
