Training Plan and Area of Focus Guidelines

Organizational Culture is characterized as the path in which individuals from an association identify with one another, their work and the outside world in correlation to different other organizations. Measurement of collaboration depends on organizational culture dimensions. Some of the dimensions are listed below:

- Ability to influence:

The extent that each individual in an organization had an opportunity to affect the decision making.

- Achievement Orientation:

The extent to which each individual are certain, goal composed, and achievement arranged.

- Time orientation:

The extent to which the target objective qualifies the past, present and future.

- Space orientation:

The degree in which the physical format or configuration of an organization is open, private or a mix of both.

Methods in training plan execution

Many inner communication methods are there in today’s technological environment, every method have to be appropriate with its pros and cons.

For successful training it is required to have proper methodology to communicate the training material with the involved stakeholders. Below is given some methodology which trainer can follow to communicate it with the involved stakeholders-

- Class room training: Classroom training is required to go through all the subject concept so trainer can make the power point presentation of all the planned topic and represent them in front of the trainees so and make clear everything in theoretical prospect.

- Practical training: Once theoretical part have been covered then practical part need covered which might need lab access or the computers so all the theoretical parts can be realized in the actual environment.

- Sharing of the training material with the trainees: After the training trainees might need the student study material of the samples of the lab assignment so these training material can be shared with the trainees using the email, of some shared drive from where everyone can download the study material and refer in the future.

- Periodic assessment and emphasizing on the under performer: Assessment is very necessary so that it can be ensured that whether training plan is going in the right direction and assessment should be conducted after each unit have been finished so that trainees who are not performing can be identified and special care those can be provided by the trainer and training coordinator so that it can be ensured that at the end of the training program its expected result can be met.

Specific Guidelines for training plan execution

To successfully conduct is training it is required to follow some set of rules so that it can be ensured that training objectives are getting meet and investment is being done in right direction below is given-

- Design the training plan effectively and use the modular approach

- Use the proper communication lime email or calendar so that nobody miss the training.

- User proper training methodology and emphasize in the practical part of the training.

- Periodic assessment

- Take care of the individual who are not performing up to the mark

- Follow the discipline in the training schedule

- Keep posting the status update of training execution to all stakeholders.

- Maintain clarity on the message that are going to convey in the sender mind.

- The message that is conveyed need not be inadequate, it have to fulfill all the facts and requirements.

- Even the communication is precise it should be simple, clear and comprehensive and have to exclude all the unusual data.

Conclusion

Present day's communication has changed the way how we unite with the world. The communication framework is the structure of how we will go on our procedure. To viably execute an organization’s technique, it must be the focal point of every individual in that organization. It is up to the management to make, screen, and compensate that focused as it is conveyed.
