Advantages
Ensure that everyone gets the same information at the same time.

Disadvantages
- At times, it is not interactive.
- Classroom scheduling sessions for a large number of trainees could be difficult.

The types of media that are used when instructing the employees of the organizations on how to interact with the news media and how to gain a positive media coverage of their organizations. This type of media training is put together in enhancing the accuracy of coverage that an organization receives. (Wise Greek, 2003-2015)
The learning principles
When it comes to learning it is always important that companies learn the integrates learning of activities with succession, compensation, and performance planning so that the companies can work more smoothly.

Training learning skills or facts
When starting up small companies, it is good to has effective training and development that begins with the overall strategy and some objective for the business. The entire training process should be planned with specific with the company goals in mind.
A training plan needs evaluation strategies. The strategies include criteria, pretests, monitoring and observing, collecting feedback, and implementing feedback.
CRITERIA
A standard that something can be judged is a criterion. There are three types of performance: high, medium, and low. High performance and training means that the prospect or on hand employee shows tremendous understanding and aptitude in the material given. He or she can place the skills that and apply it to work environment on 90% to 100%. The employee is very efficient in time management and needs little or none supervision. Medium performance and training define the employee has above average understanding. The understanding of the training material is effective 60% to 89% while in the work environment. He or she needs on the job supervision sometimes. Lastly, low performance and training shows the employees completely lacks the understanding of the training material. The employees will always need supervision. May feel apathetic or have no confidence in completing a task.
PRETESTS
The tests before training are pretests. It will help the employees to know what their strengths and weaknesses are. The employers can see what prospects to join in the training, and those can cut loose from the job hiring process. The pretests may include open-ended questions, multiple choice, and true/false design. An example of an open-ended question, what are some ways you can bring in more customers? Multiple-choice requires a question and two or more possible answers. Lastly, true and false is known as a close end question and requires the employees to give a yes or no answer.
MONITORING AND OBSERVING TRAINING
A supervisor can look over prospects and employees to see how they train in the work environment especially in simulations and work scenarios. Monitoring will provide a visual to the manager on how the employees perform under conditions. He or she can see their behaviors. If the behavior in the scenario(s) is acceptable, then the employee may receive praise. If the behavior is not appropriate, then the employee will receive a warning and criticism. It may also help the employee realize how to perform under pressure instead of a laid-back atmosphere.
COLLECTING FEEDBACKThe feedback can be post-test results and/or the opinions of the employees. The client must collect these results and analyze the information. The information will help the client make decisions with its talent.
IMPLEMENTING FEEDBACK
To continue to help the client make decisions with its talent. The client’s job descriptions may change its requirements. It may increase or decrease. When implementing, the client will adjust to the demand of its employees.
Training is a form of instructing or teaching when someone new comes into the organization. Within this process, there will be lots of educating, coaching, and giving guidance to help and assist with the success of the company and individuals. In conclusion, training individuals and having a training plan is needed and is very important for the company to be successful and be able to operate in the black. In this assignment, the needs of a training plan, the training methods used during training, and the training strategies used by trainers were discussed and answered.
