R5 risk condition have low probability and high impact.This condition is extreme risk if it is incurred.Because if anyone get lost in the free time without contact, it need a lot of time and manpower to search.So the following schedule must be stop to prevent more loss unit find out the loss of students.The whole team will not continue the everts and destroy the original planning.It is not easy to turn back to the right track.However, it is low probability to happen.Because we reminded the student should not be alone and notify students stay in limited area.So, even students get lost, it can be easy for searching.This extreme risk is low probability.

To conclude,there are many risks can be incurred in the visit.The most important thing is that identify the threat and stopped the damage immediately to minimum the potential losses.For example, if the team leader identify the weather is bad, he must assess the risk should be accept or not.May be he can continue the schedule with umbrella or return to the hotel.In this trip, it don't have a high probability and high impact risk.I analysis that it may be we have done well preparing before the visit trip start.So, even there are high impact risk, it just have low or medium probability.The student's safety is the main consideration in the Seoul trip.
