He does not exhibit social responsiveness Firstly, Amin has never had thought about this choices and decisions on whether would it affect his people perception about him and his dictatorship. He does not place his people ahead of his goals. In other words, he does not care for his people which resulted in the people of Uganda losing thrust and hope on him. He does not really comply as to what ethical leadership is all about . He was not seen as a role-model for ethical behavior and he believes that he does not have to be rationale for all his decisions that he make . He was not promoting ethical behavior. He was not displaying ethical communication which he believes was not necessary during his dictatorship period. But little does he know that all the decisions he made are harmful and are unethical decisions.

Conclusion

Leaders of any country plays a very important role. This role is to ensure that the people are happy and comfortable with the leader’s presence. The difference between a good and a bad leader is that to bring its people prosperity , peace and wellness. On the other hand, a bad leader would bring ultimate suffering and ruin to the country. Leaders of a country does not only has to be experience and highly educated , but most importantly, compassionate towards the problems encountered by the people. Leaders of a country should firstly acquire the thrust and faith of the people. These can be done by not waging war with neighboring countries. Transparency is also important when t comes to day to day operation as to show the people as to what is being done for the country’s prosperity. One cant be a good leader without generally liking consideration for the welfare of the people. A good country leader would always bring the best out of the people and that is what Winston Churchill has done which has brought success to the country. Idi Amin, had never shown compassion towards his people to even start off. It is not easy to be a country ‘s leader, but never was it easy to win the hearts of the people.
