there is a pattern; all the great and inspiring leaders and organizations in the world, be it Apple, Martin Luther King or the Wright brothers - all of them, think, act and communicate the exact same way. Simon Sinek has codified the pattern in a very simple model; he calls the "Golden Circle".

The Golden Circle encodes three different and interdependent elements (Why?, the how ?, and What?) That allow any person or organization to function at their highest level of ability.

Simon explains in a very simple way you these 3 questions

How? : Some people know what they do and what they do arise and know how to do.

Why? : Very few people know why they do their things this means what its purpose, which is the cause.

What? : Individuals, companies each know what they are doing 100%

Sinek in the definition and explanation of its "Golden Circle", indicating that most humans think, act and communicate taking the circle from the outside in, from the easiest (What?) To the most confusing question (Why?). In contrast, leaders and successful organizations that they inspire more; They think, act and communicate from the inside out. We first say why, so we engage, make us feel connected to their message, product or idea! Then they tell us how to finally tell what. We move from the inside; why creates a sense a personal link to the outside of our bodies, what can I do with this, that there used to be?.

Listen to politicians now with their overall plans for 12 points. Not inspire anyone. Because there are leaders and there are those who lead. Leaders have a position of power or authority. But those who lead inspire us.
