Some of the leadership qualities that Esther can learn from the President of the US is delegator, organized, and being open to change. Esther has a hard time with giving other tasks because she likes to control the projects in hand. Ms. De La Torre has time management with her daily activities she lacks organization with paperwork. As many individual Esther does not like change. Alteration takes away from her being able to forecast her life and daily activities (Holden Leadership Center, 2009).

Writer’s traits that example leader could benefit

The president can learn from Ms. De La Torre that the Health Reform needs to be changed to be able to help more of the less fortunate in the US. The President started to modify the health care in America; Esther De La Torre thinks that the Health Reform can and should help more of the American, which is at the poverty level. The states are allowed to expect and deny it when is convenient to them. Esther thinks that the guidelines should be equal for all of the 50 states.

In Conclusion, leadership is a hard task for Barack Obama as the president of the US. Obama as Dynamic Culture Leader has done a great job run the US with his emotional intelligent and the leadership styles. Many people can learn many leadership qualities from him to run other organizations and facilities. The writer has become knowledgeable about the leadership qualities that she has and where she needs to improve and develop the leadership traits to be able to run a successful organization.
