Every country is based on the gender socialization. Gender socialization causes men and woman to deal with their anger differently, this is largely due to societal expectations that men are willing to reflect their anger emotion without hesitation while woman are expected to be passive about their emotion .where mage in our society get anger very frequently, Male anger was perceived to be masculine, anger in female was viewed to be in compatibles to femininity. So there lives the hidden inequality between men and women. Researchers cited person’s evidence that anger problems and depressive symptoms have been linked to all mayor causes of death. Many studies linking anger to physical and emotional health problems from the obvious to the unexpected. Because poorly managed anger presents unusual significant problem in so many areas of life. It is import to be steps toward learning and using healthy anger management techniques in daily life alone with stress management techniques. So “being anger is not always a bad thing.” (Mayo clinic staff, 2014).

Areas of research:

The focal research topics consisted mainly of subjects regarding the how young people used proper ways to anger management and what the demographics consist of in this country. Importance was given to factors such as gender groups who preferred to be needed anger management most, and what age groups did users of anger management fall into. Other areas included what the dynamics of anger management are by learning about them from the data provided by service providers of such activities themselves. Such research helped to understand more about how such a trend progresses. Issues regarding privacy were also focused upon as this was an important factor for the people who get angry. Articles from the internet provided corresponding information regarding how and what measures people take and implement, or provide clues as to why people of anger management may or may not be confident of their privacy remaining confidential from strangers. Then there was the subject regarding factors discussing of the importance of anger management in people’s social lives which gives an idea why people feel bored or engaging towards such an activity: two contrasting themes discussed in the light of one subject. All focal points were more or less in compliance with data gathered from the primary research (*note: questionnaires were designed based on the theme of who are the followers of such a trend and what are some of their feelings regarding it).

Hypothesis:

Anger, like other emotions, has both biological and physiological effects in the body. These effects have significant difference between male and female. The purpose of my research is to confirm it being a widespread trend (or not, if proven so). Through the process of research completion I anticipate in confirming that Females tend not to be as aggressive as males in expressing anger and tend to talk about their anger more.

Methodology:

Primary data was dependent and limited to the entirety of the questionnaires. The questionnaires were composed of 10 questions that were arranged in orders of relevance (from most to lesser significance). These questionnaires deal mainly on determining the respondents’ gender, the type of anger user the person is, and various other factors such as their views on identify the facts; problems they face when losing control their anger and find out what significant changes took place. Forty of these sample questionnaires were distributed and then collected, and their results then evaluated from (forty) random individuals. The questions asked in the questionnaires were designed (as much as possible) in a way that respondents wouldn’t feel insecure in terms of the questions being too personal or having a constraint that wouldn’t allow their choice of option. This ensured that respondents would at least give relevant information even when being brief.

My secondary data was compiled from various web sources. Furthermore these web sources were obtained through the usage of Google’s search engine. Once the data in question was determined to be fit for my research work, it was then inspected and refined upon (putting the relevant bits that corresponded with my work only, into the final paper) before being implemented.

Primary data presentation & analysis:

Primary data consisted of information gathered from survey questionnaires. This survey was based on forty people of 16 to 25 age ranges where twenty was male and other twenty was female.

In my first question, I asked how often people get angry. Here the X-axis indicates the answer options and the Y-axis shows the number of participant. The answer was pretty straight. Among 20 males, 8 marked that they frequently got angry. On the other hand, among 20 females, 8 got angry sometimes. Besides only 1 male never got angry whereas 3 females marked the same point.

So here 40% male said they frequently got angry while only 20% female said so. Besides 40% female felt they were angry sometimes while only 25% male felt that. And only 5% male never felt angry which 15% for female was. It clearly indicates males are angrier than females. Males tend to get angry frequently and the result is clearly reflected in the chart above. It is may be due to males tend to reflect their masculine power expressing anger more and more. My hypothesis also agrees that females tend to be not as aggressive as males. So the result matches my hypothesis.

Then I asked the reason why people got angry. Here the X-axis indicates the number of participant and the Y-axis shows the answer options. One point clearly stated out here that most of the people got angry as someone went against a principle that they considered important. 9 males and 11 females marked that option.

So here, 40% male felt angry as someone went against their principle and also 55% female came to the same point. Besides 20% female got angry as they were interrupted while pursuing a goal while 15% male agreed to that reason. It suggests that both male and female get angry for pretty much the same reasons. Here principle is considered as an important factor. Also losing money is not a concern for both male and female to be angry.

Then I wanted to see if people could hold their anger inside or not. Here the X-axis indicates the number of participant and the Y-axis shows the answer options. Most of them stated that they sometimes hold their
