Accomplishment

My works accomplished are the following, first accomplishment is I learned how to install CCTV, second is I learned how to install satellite cable, third I learned how to entertain costumers, and then lastly I learned how to install solar panels.

Problems Met

Everyone has a problem, even in school, family and organization. When I was on my training at 3GX SOLUTIONS TABACO BRANCH, I encountered problem on how I can manage my allowance in a week and which is the feeling of being not welcome in their company, I felt that some employees don’t like me, maybe they don’t want me to be part of their tasks. This problem isn’t a big deal, I didn’t say to anyone about my feeling I just kept it on my own because I’m not sure if my feelings is true. Maybe my interpretation was wrong that’s why I persuade to do my best to finish my tasks that they given. Maybe God was testing my patience at that time. As the day passes, I realized that my analysis about them was wrong. They’re just only serious during working hours.

Conclusion

The On-the-Job Training held in 3GX Solution was actually pleasant it exposes us trainees to installation of, security cameras, solar panels, sound systems, video-ke machines and printers. They helped us developed our technical skills and enhance our communicating abilities which is to talk to our customers, sales talking a possible buyer.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the following, First for the campus director Mr. for his presence and support for those students who will undergoes ON THE JOB TRAINING in different courses. For Mrs. Geraldine F. De Jesus for helping and guiding all the Technology students in the problems that met by the students before undergoing their first industrial exposure and also for supporting the needs of the students to fulfill their studies. I would also give thanks to the registrar for a fast process of releasing some of our documents needed for our OJT.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation first for the company owner Mrs. Geraldine A. Albero who accepted me as their trainee, and second I would like to give thanks for the staff of 3GX in guiding and teaching me the of the best of their knowledge, and also for my supervisor Ms. Jessel Fe Dominguez for having an extra time in supervising all the things that I have made and for giving a good and clear instructions while I am undergoing training at their stall/shop. For the ILDO President Mrs. Lalanie Beruega thank you so much for all of your sacrifices even it is your rest you always acknowledge us and thank you also for guiding and giving instruction and guidelines before we start.

I would like to thank my friends and especially to my parents for supporting me in my first On The Job Training that held on Tabaco City Province of Albay although they do not want me to undergo my training their because it was only my first OJT and it is too far from them also for giving my financials. For my special someone I would like to thank you for giving your trust in me even we didn’t see for the past few weeks and I promise you that you’re my only one and I will never change you.

As above all I would like to give thanks to the lord for giving me a safe travel and for guiding me every day while I am travelling to my On the Job Training destinations and for giving me strength when I am losing my hope because I miss my family and guiding us always were ever we will go.
