Location

Paradise is located at Plaza Crystalville, Jalan Genting Klang, Taman Danau Kota, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. It is a 1,650 square feet office with the width of 22 feet and length of 75 feet. The rental of the office is RM1900 per month with 3 months of deposit. The layout of the office before renovation including two rooms and two bathrooms. As the office has been partly furnished, we will slightly renovate and decorate the office.

Since PARADISE provides walk-in service, the business premise is well-furnished with a service counter, discussion room, a comfortable waiting area, toilets and a store for keeping equipment used in events. In order to provide a relaxing environment and satisfied event management service, the office is well-equipped with air-conditional as well as the latest in business technology, such as laptops, fax machines, online system, printers, and software. The office is easily accessible since there is plenty of the transportation nearby that include Rapid KL buses with line number 222, 250 and T250, the nearest Wangsa Maju LRT station which is only 1.65km away from the office and taxi services.

Beside walk-in service, Paradise employees are also allowed to have meetings with clients that are conducted in social settings, such as coffee houses and the client's home. Since the technology nowadays is extremely advance and the online business has become a new trend in the world, PARADISE makes an effort to design and construct a useful company website in order to provide event management services through online. It focuses a lot on the promotion, marketing and services via the company websites. The consumers can customize the event according to their ideas and preference through the specially designated website function and also communicated with our event professional team to get some suggestions in order to organize the event in the most effective and efficient way.

General Operating Hour

PARADISE office will operate on Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 6pm. These days and hours of operation are subject to changes and dependent on market need since event management is a flexible service for the consumers.

Operational Workflow

As with other event management firm, the operational workflow for PARADISE is quite uniform and easy to follow. The following is a step by step outline of how Paradise conducts and completes its services on a regular basis:

Step 1: The Paradise event professional team will understand the types of events the clients want to organize and its event objectives in order to highlight and maximize the effect of event motive. Besides, the professional team listen to the clients’ ideas, wants and preferences.

Step 2: The Paradise event professional team will give some potential suggestions and design an appropriate and unique event that matches the clients’ needs. They will make some research and show various examples for the clients to choose. They modify the detail of the event according to the client’s wants. Apart from that, they will also inform the clients an estimated price list. A deposit is being collected upon the agreement.

Step 3: The Paradise employees will get in touch with the subcontractors and discuss the detail and needs of the event such as catering services and the spot decoration and features. They will also make a reservation for the event spot if needed.
