When a company is able to look deeper into how to have a successful training program which will benefit not only the employees, but the outcomes and goals of the company, that is the definition of success. Just in reading this article, Hewlett-Packard appears to be an employer that understands the business aspect of the company but also appreciates its employees to provide them with innovative training that will help align them to their personal career goals.
