Grace Rasmussen, P. (2014, September 18). PFD BFD. Retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VLfJMTWofMLfJMTWofM.

The video is about the 2014 PFD and a brief history of the PFD. They talk about the past PFD issues and the court case against the PFD for the old system that they used to use. They interview a man who managed the PFD account in the 80’s and ask his opinions about the program. They also interview a few people and ask them what they are doing with their PFD. This is important to my paper because it helps build the history of this fund and talks about the couple that sued the state over discrimination. It went all the way to the Supreme Court and court ruled against the state which lead to the current system.

Online Editor. (2015, October 19). Governor Walker Using Public School Students to Promote Political Agenda. Retrieved from http://alaskapolicyforum.org/2015/10/governor-walker-using-public-school-students-to-promote-political-agenda/.

This editorial is about the recent statements made by governor walker they start by saying that he is trying to use our kids as a mean to further his campaign. This isn’t your normal editorial though they have a ton of info and graphs to back up what they are saying. Such as Walker claiming he cut nineteen percent when it is actually nine percent. They mention how oil production has been on the decline the last decade and what that is going to do to affect the PFD. I plan on getting a good portion of my logos from this source due to the amount of statistics and graph that they included in the article. This article covers the other side of the argument as well, that’s what I really liked about this article is it covers both sides of the argument then states the pro’s and con’s
