Finally, the death of a loved one can be a huge effect of depression. Losing someone dear to you is very painful but it’s natural. Everyone grieves differently, people have their own way of healing the pain but if grief takes over your life you will start feeling helpless and hopeless. The pain will go away if you ignore it, but that’s not the right thing to do because it will only make it worse. It’s better to face your grief and deal with it. It is normal to feel sad, frightened and lonely because it happens to everyone. There are five stages of grief such as denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. A person does not have to go through all of the stages to healing. Some are likely to heal without going through any of these stages while some go through all of it. It highly depends on yourself.

To conclude, the causes of depression could be any factors related to health, financial issue or grief. To be depressed is normal because we happen to experience depression at least once in life whether it’s major or minor. Anyone can be a victim of depression regardless of race or gender. The first and foremost step is to realize that it can happen to anyone of any age and to be aware of the symptoms. If you’re depressed, get help. Therapy or any other treatments specified for this disease can help you with your problem.
