- Suitable Models and Leadership approaches
Situation leadership theory can be applied and used apparently by the manager himself. Therefore, I might use it, and it includes the adjustments in the style of work of the manager for the development of the company by directly influencing the progress of the followers working under him. There will only change in my style being a manager, and the supporters don't need to adapt themselves to my style. The style can be varied and continue to change according to the needs. The development level of the followers in such situation is determined by the situational leadership style used by the manager.
Micromanagement style can be utilized as being the leader the decision making is my part so through this system other involvement is provided and supervision of the followers can be done more greatly. It is a very top-down kind of approach, and so the plus point comes in the fact that the work is according to the orders as they only follow what they are told. The System leadership strategy or theory can also be used it is defined as a way in which the organization being the primary system uses approaches for the betterment of leadership as well as the organization. However, the leadership strategies and motivation need to be at a significant level for the combinational development of both the management and the organization.
The road to development can be led by my collaboration being a manager to some functional systems. Systemic failures can be avoided by maintaining a connection between the elements that need to stay and work together for progress and success. Here different order thinking principals are applied not only to the management but the leadership. By outlining and understanding the linkages or the interaction level that shows communication and association between all of the different components or elements that as full forms a system can help to understand the entire defined system. - Management by Objectives Theory
Chaos theory is regarded as the lack of orders in any system that also does not obey or follow any law. One of the main components of this approach which is in consideration is based on the idea that no matter how complex a system gets it always depends on the order behind them. Even a small system or event can lead to complex situations. As the progress of economics and technologies were observed the application of chaos theory became more observable. It has brought evolution in decision making following the business strategies. High functioning teams are the great example of it due to its contribution.
Chaos is mainly thought to refer to randomness or any lack of order, yet it is an apparent randomness that results from the complex systems being part of the company and even the type of communication level between them. It is not only the revolution of technology that took place but is regarded as the revolution of new ideas and creativity.
Management Objective
Management accurate model is the one that contributes to improving and brought progress to the performance of the overall organization by clearly and openly defining and presenting the goals that both the management and the followers or employee agree on. Setting particular goals and action plans always promotes increased participation and contribution by commitment among the employees. It includes different steps that ensure the success and by evaluation overall and reward giving at the end. It improves the motivational level of the employee as well as their commitment and grantees a better communication level between the management and the followers.
It helps to measure and observe the actual gains and changes in the degree of performance associated with the employee following the actual defined and mentioned objectives or goals. Goals are determined by the employee and so are according to their capability. Even the goals or objectives are more challenging; but they are attainable and can be achieved if the workers stayed motivated and committed to their tasks or work (Alrashidi & McArthur, 2015).
