Achieving this vision will make our organization grow and start a new era in gaming industry. Every different feature and powerful system specifications will give us an edge against the competition. Even our customers will be delighted to pay for these gaming machines where virtual becomes reality.

It will not be a smooth journey. Any changes in conventional way will create issues and raise questions. We will have to answer many questions including technology challenges, gaming community questions and even medical issues.

I have a plan to attain this vision in next 3 years. I am expecting a lot of smart work and dedication from you to complete this project. Most of you have worked me in the past. I have complete faith in your work style and technical skills. I know this talented team can help me achieve project goals on time.

I would like to divide my team into groups of Game-Trackers, Game-Builders and Techno-Gamers.

- Game-Trackers will be responsible for managing the project work and other groups activities. They are responsible for ensuring resource availabilities for this project

- Game-Builders are key to this project who will gather requirements, design and develop Xbox machine of future

- Techno-Gamers are the testing group of the new Xbox. These people are hard core gamers and will be responsible of what and where things are going wrong.

There will be training programs and workshops for learning new technologies, new industry trends and share ideas.

In the end, I would like to announce that at the end of this project, every person involved in this project will get a brand new Xbox system on the launch day.
