Health insurance – Local assistance will be provided for selecting right insurance. Employees will enjoy a reduced rate due to Brunt Hotels collaboration with a local insurance company at France which is not currently available at UK.

Training – Intercultural training and other certificate will be provided that will help PCN mangers to boast their credential for MNC career.

Vacations: Two weeks extra vacations with pay will be provided in a year so that PCN can visit their native country.

Lunch offered at noon and snacks at afternoon

Educational Allowance: 400 Euros/child. (3 children maximum)

Part Five: Training for all management positions

Training and development refers to the providing instructions on specific skills, abilities and knowledge to an employee. Since PCN are selected to management position in a new country, some level of training is required to navigate this new venture. On the job training: duration two weeks

Training Focus in First week: International Hotel Management (IHM), Hotel familiarization, corporate strategy and organization culture

Training Focus in second week: Special problem solving and planning in IHM, special case analyses, continuous French language course, new workplace wellness, team building training

Conclusion: PCN managers will be provided with state-of-art training to adapt the new environment in France so that they can provide distinguished service of Brunt hotels plc.
