For degree, I am positioned as business degree with concentrating MIS. This positioning ensures lower competition because most system analysts have computer science degree. This career is so intertwined with business, so I can gain more competitive advantage compared CS students. Also, most popular MBA degree are in finance or accounting, so this positioning is lower competition.

Since cultural awareness is important skill for working in global companies, action 3 will strength this as I work in China to gain work experience. Since I lack experience and communication skill, I will try to attend networking event and apply for co-op program.

Action 4, 5 and 6 are chosen because those can help me improve personal selling skills. Complete action 7 and 8 will benefit me to build networking and provide more opportunities for employment.
