They could better serve their customers by making it easier or more affordable for the lower income class be able to purchase any of their products. Many of the lower income families have computers or cell phones that can use the Google of today. Children today need computers with up to date software. They have Google Chromebook that is used in the schools, so some of the students that families cannot afford todays equipment.

2. Company
It has a Global search engine dominance; Android success is a growth driver in the mobile market. It enjoys a strong market share and global reach. The search engine has the leading technology which will enable it to gain market share. They consistently upgrade and enhances its search algorithms to achieve better results. Google also launched voice search and native language search capabilities, which will enable users to ask questions and hear answers spoken back.
The weaknesses are excessive dependence on advertising, and limited success of Google’s social networks. The company primarily uses advertising for the majority of its revenues. It accounted for 89.5% in 2014, 91% in 2013 and 94.9% in 2012. Adverse macroeconomic conditions can also have a material negative impact on the demand for advertising and cause it advertisers to reduce the amounts they spend on advertising.
[This is what the company/brand needs to become.]They can strengthen their weaknesses by limiting the amount of advertising they do. They spend too much time and money on advertising their name. Word of mouth is the best advertising that can have. Many if not all college, high school and business people use Google as their search engines today. I know for a fact that my children are only allowed to use google. They do need to find a way to make their social network a little more obvious. They need to get out there and remind people that they have social networking. They need to find a way to do a chat room.
To keep their strengths as they are or to make them better they need to make their search engine even better. They could speed it up, make a secondary one or even go as far to have a split screen. They could come up with another Android with even quicker search and have different types of programs that people could us. They need to really look at what the younger generation is needing now.
3. Context
Define the current business environment. Include information about political, legal, economic technological and societal factors that may influence sales.
The environment has become very competitive today. We are seeing more political parties using Google. As you watch or listen to on the television or radio all you hear is how someone googled Hillary Clinton and she has been lying about what happen. She cannot change what has been reported to the papers or news. You are also hearing that Cruz is not an American citizen. How would you know this, simple just google him and there it is? The police even have computers in their cars now. As I asked one of my customers about them being in their cars, I was told they better access to finding a felon. How is this possible, they just google the person’s name?
If you are a young person these might intrigue to go and buy google products. If you’re a parent and you know that your child needs a computer you could go by the Chromebook.
4. Collaborators
Define the business partnerships. Does the company/brand have any current partnerships? What other company/brand may be a good partner for them?
They are in partnership with on-line marketers. They have you go to a web page and put in what you want your page to be about and then they search for a marketer that they trust. It just depends on what you are wanting and how you want it.

They have several competitors but some are more than others. They are as follows; Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, Mozilla, Yahoo, Cisco, IBM, and Nokia. These are just a few of them but they are the main ones.
6. Recommendations
