There is no exact definition of truth to me. Sometimes, I define truth is universal and what I see, feel and get information from a trustworthy source and a priori knowledge. It is the thing that gives you the strength to stand for what is right. It takes you apart from moral disgrace & distinguishes the daylight between fact & deception. In this movie the truth was the actor did not die also did not kill his girlfriend. The last scene of the movie made it clear when the alarm rings, “open your eyes” and he woke up. The whole story of this movie was in his dream. I realized that it is truth from the writer and producer who wrote and made the movie.
The reality presented in this movie is pretty hazy. Most of the time, it does not match with the current sequence. If we do not assume it as a dream, it is very hard to make a conclusion from a realistic perspective. We can say all the dreams are ‘real’ or none. To me the reality of the world are the views of the existence also one’s perception, belief and attitudes on the existing objects. Throughout the discussion I come to understand that reality is based on whatever is presented around us and how do we interpret about the issues. We need to know the understanding and thinking dilemmas we face very often. If we can detect those dilemmas and then discard them, literally, it’s possible to understand everything better and lead a logical and rational life.
