As the solution seemed it ticked all boxes, MAQ Software team was hit by another roadblock. With existing functionality, the Power BI limited the count of records to 150,000 as well as only NPS being additive in nature, it was needed to recalculate the range (HIGH and LOW) within which NPS would lie for different combination of filter, that couldn’t just simply be added, as that would create superimposition.

To overcome the limitation developed a custom visual to display the NPS trends for different filter combination by calling the R script with in a stored procedure which gets executed on every web service call.
