Research Question and Hypothesis
From the given case i generate some question to analyze the case that “a year after Steve Jobs’s death: It’s the Same Apple?”
- (H0): What is the impact of the Jobs death on Apple?
- Goal: to identify the impact of Steve Jobs death on Apple.
- (H1): Did new innovation of Apple was decrease after Jobs death?
- Goal: to identify the innovation of the apple within one year after Jobs death.
- (H2): Did Steve Jobs fail to plan for the future of Apple?
- Goal: to find whether Jobs is present or future oriented.
- (H3): People really buy Apple’s product because of Steve Jobs legacy or by for brand name?
- Goal: to identify the legacy of Steve Jobs.
- (H4): The Opportunities and challenges faced by Tim Cook.
- Goal: To identify the effect on management of Apple.
Research Methodology
The research was done by using both primary and secondary data. People using Apple product will be surveyed via questionnaire or face-to-face and secondary data are taken vie internet about Steve Jobs and the strategy of Apple. The survey will be done with the help of questionnaire as well as secondary data fund on internet. Likert Scale technique will be used for the data analysis and interpretation.
Time Duration
The duration of survey period has been defined for 5 weeks. The survey had been done in various categories duration of time intervals in those categories are shown in the following figure:

Limitations of the Research
There have been some limitations on the research despite the hard work to make it fully approved. Some of the limitations are described below:
- The analysis is only based on the limited data found.
- For the time limitation internee could not gather more information to justify exact condition.
- The interpretations are made under personal judgment, which is not guided by the experts and professionals.
- Hard to get deep information due to their privacy policy of the company.
