good to children. People who are obesity in their childhood usually have a higher chance to obesity in their adulthood. However, in spite of increasing risks in the future, obese children also suffer breathing difficulties, incipient symptom of cardiovascular disease and psychological problems.

In the “Tang” dynasty in ancient China, the common sense in society thought obesity means beautiful and healthy, women who want to get married should be fat enough. However, modern society has changed mind. Obesity children in school often misbehave as dishearten, low confidence and pay no attention to activities which may causes anti-social behaviors. Not only children but also adult face the same embarrassed situation. In November 2010, a 160 kilogram child minder called Karsten Kaltoft was fired because he was so fat that nobody believed he could take care of himself, let alone competent for his job. As the number of obesity people increasing continuously, to cut down this trend, the most important thing is that we should take responsibility for ourselves. Sticking to healthy food and doing more exercises can help us to keep our figure and make life better.
