Science

Science in Latin means knowledge, as knowledge as a way to form testable information and predictions about the universe.

Since the world was populated, we began to try to explain phenomena like the day, the night, the rain, etc. and began to believe on the Gods.

In XIX the science thought was starting, we give better reason to the thing we were trying it explain. Now we were searching for information about the phenomena and star questioning the Gods.

Knowledge

There are types of knowledge, 5 to be exactly; Intuitive: this knowledge is very simple is the one it’s like obvious, things that you know it will happened, like to put a finger on fire the finger will be burned.

Empirical is a knowledge based on experience, it has a higher degree of generality than intuitive, but does not follow any study method.

Magic Religious this knowledge is based on believes or faith, based on books, prophets, divinities or sacred objects, and this knowledge is accepted without questions.

Philosophical is generated by reflections and offer explanation using reasons and rational arguments.

Scientific explaining phenomena through authentication or experiment. Knowledge is obtained by applying an organized method: the scientific method.

Enlightenment
