Establishing a Legal Entity Named Society Dabadu A.C.

The purpose of this text is to comment on the process required for establishing a legal entity named Society DABADU A.C.

To start the process, it was requested upon the Secretary of Economy to obtain the corresponding permit to be able to establish the deed in a Notary Public. Continuing on, the deed is input into the Public Registry of Property of the state of Sonora to be capable of handling the current legality at a national level, and to expand the requested Society in the legality of different head offices in Mexican Territory, complying with the regulation to enable the change of regimen from Civil Association to Religious Entity, as the Department of the Interior marks in the country of Mexico.

Given that the intention of the Society, to convert in five years in Religious Entity and be recognized as one. The only limiting factor that the law establishes in this aspect is that, you shall not issue tax deductible receipts to contribute from the Society. A new organization must be established, entitling under the Regimen of Foundation, if such tax deductible receipts want to be issued, to not lose essence of the intention to be recognized, as such Entity.

This legal instrument is working under the normativity to accomplish the statutes from this Society, organized by the Director General. Who will be the only to have administrative functions to exercise in the Society, their statutes and Legal Representation, before any institution that requires attention.

An attorney in fact will be named by the Director General through a written power of attorney in an assembly granted by the Director General, able to fulfill with the situation that is indicated by the means of the assembly, timely and in due form described when granting the interim power.

The corresponding steps of the process required for establishing a legal entity are:

- Adapting of the statutes from the Muslim Community in Sonora, changing the Regimen of Constitution of the Assembly formed by five people, to the Regimen of one Director General and an attorney in fact, concentrating and minimizing the control of the Society to one person, the cost of this job is five thousand Pesos M.N.

- The elaboration of the deed in Notary Public and the written power of attorney for the Society, the cost of this protocol is eight thousand five-hundred Pesos M.N.

-Inscription to the Public Registry of Property to enable the following procedure, the inscription to the Secretary of Treasury. The cost of this is three thousand nine-hundred Pesos M.N.

- All this comes to a total of seventeen thousand four-hundred Pesos M.N.

The whole process, as stated above, takes about three weeks to conclude.

The outcome of this new integration of Society, gives as a result the central power to one person.
