If employees feel the pressure or be overworked they will be most likely to overstep ethical boundaries. Employees should feel the same privedges of the company along with the rest. Some ethical businesses evaluate all its employees on their contribution to the company. The Corporation looks at activities such as community involvement, mentorship, and volunteer work. Even when these activities might not directly contribute to the main line, it is a contribution towards the important and responsibilities of the community. When an ethical violation occurs the proper prod cal must be done. The offender would be handled appropriately. No employee should receive better treatment then the next. They would be responsible for their actions and bad intentions. This would keep the business focus within the code of ethics. At the highest level of the management chain, it will be known that unethical behavior will be receiving equal treatment.

As individuals we all have desires to improve our communities. Some corporations by pass and disregard ethical boundaries just to create wealth for stakeholders.
