Allison has met her goals by interacting with individuals at her job and outings at least two times a week. Allison has met new friends and she also met a companion. She is improving with her social skills and daily check list.
Allison needs to be reevaluated on her depression. Even though she has been improving with her depression. She still has thoughts about her parents from time to time. When she does think about them she suddenly gets sad and her mood changes. The therapist can refer her to a group therapy. While Allison has been improving with her social skills she may do well in group. She can see there are people who also suffers with grieving and depression. This may also make her feel as though she is not alone.
In conclusion, Allison has met her goals with her treatment plan. Therapist may want to suggest group therapy for her. Explain to her how group therapy is and how she can overcome her thoughts from feelings depress. The therapist may document the final session as follows: Allison has denies that she has been having problems or symptoms. Her feelings has improved and eventful. There has not been any side effects recently as shown. She has not signs of anxiety since she tried to commit suicide. She later got diagnosed with depression which she has little signs of as of now. Her voice discloses no irregularities of degree, volume and enunciation and her communication skills are unbroken. She persuasively rejects suicidal thoughts. She has no homicidal thoughts or intentions. She has signs of psychotic development. Her conduct is not strange and there are no signs that visions or misunderstandings are present. She is not showing any signs of a thought disorder. In the paper for the case of Allison, it discuss her health baseline, goals, reevaluation, and outpatient references.
