Anglo American also develop the Socio-Economic Assessment Toolbox or Seat process. This toolbox helps managers to measure the impact of activities on the company and communities. To protect the community from the every pollution or disease because of the mining operation and give the new job for the community. For the example, using its supply chain needs to generated new businesses or improve the water and electricity infrastructure they have use this toolbox to engage with stakeholders including community representatives.

Sometimes communities have to resettle with government sanction. This is because the location of the mining operations will affect the community. To make sure that no problem between communities they have provide the need for structured consultation, fair compensation and importance restoring and enhancing the livelihoods of people in their new locations. For example, Anglo American have develop two places resettle for communities in South Africa at the village Ga Pila and Motlhotlo.

Anglo American also been a major campaigner for AIDS education. They have provide free anti-retroviral drugs to its HIV positive employees. It now has the largest workplace HIV/AIDS education, voluntary testing and treatment programme in the world. after five year this programmes are running they has reducing death and the attendant loss of skills and cutting absenteeism rates by boosting the health of infected workers.

They was ethnical business because no only aims to get profit but also responsibility with their action in mining operations. Anglo American also do Social Corporate Responsibility by build new home and places for the community in South Africa. They give the communities new job and facility water and electricity. They also run the campaigner about the HIV and AIDS. Give free education how to prevent from the HIV and AIDS. They follow the rules and regulations in the country of the operations and make a discussion with the governments and communities when running up new project. To make sure they do not make the disaster in environment and communities.
