lack of sleep. I personally do not get the correct amount of sleep ever. I very rarely have the time to do so. And when I do lie down on time it is almost like I can shut my brain off. I am constantly thinking about task for the next day. I am going to try to plan ahead so that I can get the adequate amount of sleep I need to be a healthy individual. Finally I could change my diet and incorporate full balanced meals.
Understanding the psychology of stress and how it applies to everyday life could aid you in seeing the symptoms of stress and more adequately prepare you the combat them so that you can live a healthier life style. As the saying goes “Knowing is half the battle”. If you are unaware you have no chance of ever living a stress free life but if you know how to spot the symptoms you can cater what you are doing to have only healthy stress in life. Stress can effect every aspect of our lives. The emotional effects can affect our relationships with out friends and family negatively. Your motivation at work or school could die out and have irreversible affects on you life as a whole. Knowing the signs and symptoms of stress and how stress correlates to everyday life could mean the difference in being happy or depressed.
