Google Inc. has shown that the process of life-cycle works toward effectiveness. The understanding of culture to the structure propels Google Inc. with the use of proper technology. This helps to secure Google Inc. in times of uncertainty as the structure allows for delegation of roles to meet needs and create groups or teams to overcome obstacles. This flatness approach allows for a direct communication to the top and technology allows for direct communication down. This creates avid effectiveness in the organization and has driven Google’s success. As we have discussed Google Inc. realizes effectiveness within the purposeful design and structure. Tying that structure to culture allows for organic movement and adaptation. It would be best served of Google Inc. to create independent life-cycles within each department to drive innovation and creativity and allow for even more organic movement. This would serve Google Inc. well in effective organizational structure. The use of technology by Google Inc. is core to the business model as a technology giant. Within the organization this technology drives movement through the cycle. This movement is enhanced and efficiency is created allowing for greater success and organizational effectiveness.
