I am S.S.Kundu from Hands-On Systems want to inform you that I have a paid listing with yours portal on behalf of my company name i.e Hands-On Systems

which I want to discontinue because Ipsita Mondal the lady from your tele marketing department has made a promise to me that “I will get minimum 2-3 lead per day because last year your portal have generated 356 leads on this particular category" as well as the person from your sales team Mr Avijit did not elaborated me anything regarding your services terms and condition based upon the conversation which I had with the Ipsita Mondal, he had taken cheque for XXXX and a cancelled cheque for ECS when I asked for his number and some question he clearly replied that he is busy and dont have any time to sit further in my office and as i have already spoken with the lady so there is nothing extra which he can tell me and for any further clarification which offend me a lot and i have to speak with her only and whatever she promised we are actually delivering that only but when I have checked your invoices and other documents and also enquired to your customer service, I found that you are not providing any guarantee on lead generation thus her promise becomes a false promise as well as my service started from 2nd September and from still now i did not got any enquiry from your portal.

So here in this regard i want to stop my service because i feel I have cheated by both Ipshita and avijit as they made up a false promise to me and have not provided proper informations if they did so then I would not have signed contract with your organization. Please provide further necessary information about the procedure to stop the service as well as ecs .
