Wisecor holding huge expertise in PR and crisis management segment, and after thorough analysis of your RFP we can converge on few need gaps we could pinpoint in Nestlé’s structure:

We at Wisecor understand that every client is different and every case has different roots to tap on to. Thus we would be honoured to work with Nestle to better understand its operations and the opportunities to improve to structure. We will draw on our deep experience and expertise in both PR and crisis management and use our rapid access to leading experts and insight in the field of operations, product management, marketing, HR, IT, finance to identify opportunities for Nestle. Our proposed team member’s extensive experience in FMCG, as well as our longstanding commitment and familiarity with Nestle, makes us excited to partner with you on this effort.
4.0 Our service
We provide the full breadth of PR services to our clients with the choice of opting for one or more. This would include advertisements, public speeches, media conferences as well as digital marketing.
In a fast changing world, you would agree with the importance of timely communications. So, we have a dedicated online module working across platforms like facebook, twitter etc. It provides innovative solutions to reach the audience promptly and diffuse the situation within three hours. Viral campaigns and audience participation are used to develop the brand recall value. These have often been make-or-break for our clients.
We also pride ourselves in our functional expertise in the domain of brand building. We have played key roles in turning around the image of over 50 companies, offering additional customized services for specific brands under them. Sponsorships are often incorporated to develop better link building and category membership.
4.1 Brief description of our solution
We conducted a diagnostic of similar cases handled by Wisecor, to permit faster and solid base for the project. Moving things forward, our approach would consist of following five steps:
4.1.1 Diagnose current performance. A deep analysis would foster for better and lasting solution to the Nestle;
4.1.2 Identify roots of the issues. To identify root cause of performance issue, the team will map the structure and culture of Nestle and compare it with other leading companies;
4.1.3 Highlight scope of innovation in system. Teams will also provide cutting edge technologies and guidance to improve public communication effectively;
4.1.4 Build a PR and crisis handling team. Wisecor will support Nestle to develop a specialized media and public relation team and train them to be crisis ready.
5.0 Proposed Timeline
An important metric we use for a measure of the project’s success is timeliness. All deadlines are considered sacrosanct and strictly adhered to. The following is the schedule we have mapped out to cover all aspects.
6.0 Profiles of Partners
If given the opportunity to pursue this project, we shall assign 2 partners and 8 associates to work directly with you. They will follow an extensive research policy to evaluate the effectiveness of each activity. A brief description elaborating their expertise is as follows:
Ms. Rekha Sharma is a Media Marketing major from Delhi University. She has contributed immensely to the building of multi-brand portfolios for 25 renowned names in the industry including Hindustan Unilever Limited, Dabur among others.
Mr. Parag Bansal has been working with Wisecor for 7 years now. He currently heads our design division and his special focus area is advertisements across all platforms media. He has worked on projects across 15 countries and helped position over 40 companies. He is also an active member of the Indian Advertising Federation and promotes marketing by understanding the customer’s needs.
