For many working families, some working two or more low-paying jobs, Mcdonald’s is a quick, easy and economical way to get children fed- you can find one anywhere. Many working parents often don’t have the time to cook or the money to pay for fresh vegetables and other healthy ingredients.”

(6)We should stop blaming fast food for causing obesity because of there other factors that also leads to obesity. According to Claire McCarthy, she suggests that we should find other ways to increase the availability of inexpensive, healthy food choices. If we do then families will have a healthier diet and can live longer in happiness. Another suggestion McCarthy suggests is that we should be teaching cooking in schools because there are schools that do not have the access to healthy food choices and offering cooking classes at a community center. A final suggestion she makes is that supermarkets could have nutritional information next to foods help people make better choices. This is a great idea because then when you go shopping you can take a picture of the recipe then buy the ingredients and make them at home. The best thing about it is that you are making the right choice.
(7) At my school, we have an outside lunch campus where students are able to go off campus and buy their lunch. Sometimes some of my friends would always go to Quickly’s and 8 in mortals(Chinese restaurant) every day and I wonder if they would bring their own food instead of buying junk food but they probably know what they are consuming in their bodies.
(8) At last, I wanted you to know what the consequences fast food can lead in the future generations and the causes of obesity. I know fast food is not beneficial to your health, but for me personally, I think it is acceptable to consume fast food once a month. It is important to know the consequences of eating fast food, and limit yourself in the amount of unhealthy food you eat.
