However, the difficulties occurred during group work. When received the coursework our team was confused how to divide work because we do not know which part is difficult or easy, which consisted with ability of team members, how to divide it equally. So that we decided everyone will research the same thing for the whole part of coursework for first 2 weeks. Nevertheless, after learning some lecture, we know exactly what we have to do and decided again to divide work more correctly and sensible. Others difficulties that I founded is the structure of presentation. We want to show the problem of Tesco by following its timline, but we need to interleave the theory and application to justify the internal and external factors of Tesco. So that it quite difficult to structure it logical.

For self-assessment, I saw that I was try my best to contribute and build opinion for group work, I followed the strategies with them to do research and complete my part in the best way. However, I need to more active in providing idea for teamwork and finish job more quickly.

- Conclusion

Honestly, I am not a person who likes teamwork, I supposed to prefer personal than group activities. However, after this teamwork I have learned too much about the responsibility when you are in a group, the contribution and collaboration of teamwork. I also know more skill of participation, how to do work with many different opinion and visionary but at last it all together create a great achievement. Moreover, this teamwork help me improve the relationship with team members, I got more friends. Through this presentation, it also reflects my learning for 5 weeks lessons to understand more clearly. I believe that our team effectiveness will make this presentation successfully.
