All these thoughts trembled her, but “she hated the thought of being married to Count Paris.”

That thought she despised the most. She loved Romeo so much, that she ended up drinking the potion. With Romeo laying dead when Juliet wakes up, her love for him was beyond what she could have expected. When Romeo saw that Juliet had died, he wasn’t upset that she was dead, he couldn’t bear being in a world without her. He ended up drinking the potion to be with her. Romeo’s death symbolizes that he would kill himself just to be with his wife. She drank the potion because she didn’t want to marry Count Paris, but the potion didn’t kill her. When she woke up and saw that Romeo was dead, she stabbed herself , since she couldn’t bear a world without him either. She decided to join him in the afterlife.“A pair of star-crossed lovers take their life.” This quote means both of them would take their lives to be with the each other, to whatever extent.

This pair of star-crossed lovers ended up making the choice of their own. They chose to kill themselves to be together. Showing much love for one another they rebelled against their families to be together.They were buried in the same place where there bodies were found and will be there everlasting. On the other hand, their souls will live together for eternity. In conclusion, love in Romeo and Juliet overcomes hate, because they ended taking their lives for one another to reunite again.
