Friar John is to tell him the plan but never left because he was being quarantined. Romeo gets the news from one of his servant, Balthasar, saying “Her body sleeps in Capulets’ monument, And her immortal part with angels lives” (5.1.1).
Romeo then bribed an apothecary to give him poison “There is thy gold,worse poison to men’s souls” (5.1.4). He then quickly goes back to Verona to search for his ‘Dead’ beloved. Their “adolescent passion fools both Romeo and Juliet into believing their can transcend their families’ strife” (Doc. B). When Juliet saw Romeo’s inanimate body she ended her life with a knife. After they both kill themselves over each other, their families had to compensate for what that have they done. If Romeo didn’t write his note at the end, a few more people would have died to their untimely ones. Friar laurence was in bondage as soon as he was seen at the scene of their deaths.
If Romeo and juliet did not marry right after meeting each other, they would have saved more people that died for no reason. Even though Friar Laurence could have help prevent some of the unfortunate undoings, it is more put towards Romeo and Juliet causing their own deaths. They could have not married for a while or ran away to a different country and started their own family.
