On the other hand, type B most likely work steadily and enjoy in their achievement, even they not achieved, they will not mind losing and not becoming stressed. For instance, they more enjoy competition, will not target of having to win but have fun and earn experience from the competition. As mentioned, type b is less ambitious which mean they do have career ambitious but that will not superiority their whole lives. Family and friends are their priority and willing to choose recreation activities which cause them less competitive if compare to type A. Type B tend to healthier and lower stress level, as they have balance lifestyle.

On the contrary, type B personality are better at sleep and relaxing with not worry and feeling guilty even they have a list of task have not complete (Jenkins, Zyzanski and Rosenman 1971). Compare to type A, type B tend to be less aggressive and enjoy exploring new concept and creative, and more reflective that able to accept lose. They will not be going to be like type A have all things done at the same time, they prefer one by one to complete their task. For example, they not going to have their lunch in front of laptop but love to having lunch with their colleagues or subordinate in order to improve relationship and create a good working environment. They are typical people who live less stressful life and usually they are even-tempered as they are more tolerant with different types of people and able to accept alternate ways of doing the task.

Furthermore, type B people are carefree with their failure and success. Even though they do know success is good but success will not bring them feel satisfaction as type A people. Therefore, plot a to-do list can be invaluable for their life and career (Jenkins, Zyzanski and Rosenman 1971). They always prefer to maintains calm under stressful life and normally have a lot of self-control. They tend to be less competitive but their competiveness behavior always brings them productive under stress. However, they will plot the plan in detail and do analysis before carry out them. They also do not obsessively tend to lead the group or try to take in charge in a team or group, this is the reason why the always everyone looks for them on their group. They also have very creative ideas and willing to share their ideas.

Moreover, the personality of type B is who may lack of liability to meet deadlines and not sense of time urgency as type A. For instance, they might postpone the tasks to the last minute as they less time-bound with them, besides they will not get stress easily even the deadline is close, they. They also lack of motivate to reach the uppermost of their career They able not get angry often and easy-going who focus on quality over quantity. For instance, the project is currently behind schedule, type B people will not spend their time to work crazy instead they prefer to work steadily and analytically to make sure the product or project is safety with high quality (Friedman 1996). Type B people usually is an emotional people, they are sensitive and easily realized that their subordinate might not happy and feel dissatisfaction even subordinates do not mention. After all, these personality traits also bring some drawback, they might too casual with their subordinate and procrastinator. This might cause organization revenue and profit rate drop, but in another way, this will provide a good image that organization concern about worker health and come out the high quality product instead with low.

In some research state that type A people are twice risky than type B to get accident heart disease. From lifestyle of type A are more tempered and like to smoke, from the research show that, 70 % of men who suffer from hard disease are type A people as they tend to behave stress-related issues (Jenkins, Zyzanski and Rosenman 1971). According to some article state that, personality A people should learn from personality B trait such as get-up-and-go behavior, learn to be more relax and let go on somethings and get others assist. Whilst personality B people should learn from type A people such as get thing done on time. In conclusion, balance the working and life with healthy mixture of type A and Type B will bring profit to individual and organization.
