Organizational structure may encourage change by commitment to change and support the organization readiness to change (Kim, 2011). This illustrates that the organizational structure influence the organizational change. It seems like interactive relationship.

- Conclusion

In conclusion, this essay has defined the organizational change, culture and structure then discussed the relationships between them. The three relationships between the organizational structures, organizational culture and organizational change are correlated. In addition, the relationships between them interrelations as the organizational change interacts with the organizational culture and the organizational structure at the same time which also interact with the organizational change. This means the change influence the culture that influence the structure then structure influence the change like chain. As for future studies, it is suggested to have a deeper research to explain these relationships more clearly.
