Moreover, the organizational structure defines how the responsibilities and duties are assigned and how they will be observed, as well as the stream of interaction among distinctive ranks and quarters. It is completely reliant on the organizations targets and how it desires to reach them. In centralized structures, all the choice making dominance is held at the top level of administration and all the other sections are strictly supervised and coordinated, while in the decentralized structures choice making dominance is allotted to the lower ranks as well to an extent to increase the rate of execution as well as increase job satisfaction between other possessions. Organizational structure can be classified into two diverse dimensions, vertical and horizontal. The vertical organizational structures have several diverse ranks of authority with entities in supervising or managing positions having a minor or slight area of control (area of power being the amount of assistants operational under an individual) compared to the horizontal structure. A limited area of control is easier to handle and communicate with. It also requires less management skill then to control a larger amount of people like in a wide area of control. Horizontal organizations structures tend to have a larger area of control. Horizontal structures tend to have healthier infrastructures and are usually budget efficient for an organization due to not demanding much more supervision. For example, salespeople who spend much of their time on the road are likely to interact differently with each other when they are together in the office than accounting workers who are together daily

In conclusion, many factors can possibly cause problems and conflicts in the business, but having a structure less business may tear it down and bring it down or it can cause parting and termination. Therefore, a full-size structure less business is impossible to role with, but at the same time impossible to endure, but you can always find a way to run a one-man small structure less business.
