South Korea will stabilize more and more, South Korea will be in a perfect recovery.
In terms of economy systems, South Korea is capitalism, like U.S.A.. South Korea emphasizes on “freedom” in a market. Also, profits are retained by business owners and workers can receive incentive as much as they work. There is a lot of and diverse choice of goods and services in a market. The customers can select the goods and services they want. Based on these facts, South Korea is capitalism.
As a person who love “freedom’, I want to work in capitalism country. Even though capitalism could not narrow the gap of money between owners and workers well, I can get the money as much as I work. I think it is fair. If someone worked smaller than me, but the incentive is same, I would not work harder and harder in a work place. Finally it interrupt with growing not only my career, but also economy of my country. Had it not been for fair incentives, the countries would never been developed more and more. It also helps to work as a manager. For example, I will work more than workers who are managed by me so that we meets our quota. Since they cannot receive incentive as much as they work, they don’t want to work hard. So, the rest of the quota is allocated to me as a manager.
