Why Young People Start Own Business

Finally, young people who would like to be freelancers in order to enjoy freedom and creativity. Most young people hope they can have a flexible space and schedule. Antony ( 2014, p.10) gave some examples about interns who died because of working overtime. So they want to get a reasonable timetable and pay attention to privacy. In fact, new workers are always busy and working late. They have no personal offices. Besides, the youth prefer expressing their ideas without constraint. Jobs (n.d) states that innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower. They are willing to be a leader and show opinions, scheme and do what they are interested in instead of working for others. These people have more divergent minds and unique strategies than common office workers. Entrepreneurs don`t like being bounded and want to control life by themselves.

In conclusion, young people who set their own business may due to subjective and objective reasons as mentioned above. These people want to catch the opportunity actively so that they may get various choices, unexpected results or extra benefits compared with those who just wait for jobs. Entrepreneurship is not simple as they imagine. Considering clearly before making decisions is important. They should not give up when they are in trouble and never forget their original dreams when they come to the top. It will be a special experience for young entrepreneurs. (843)
