Clear Communication. Poor correspondence, can be a standout amongst the most widely recognized and unreasonable issues for any Organization. Gilman set forth an important expression, he should have spaced and considered what he wished to communicate, why he wanted to pass on the specific subject, and how he could come across in the clearest and most seeing way. Another example is when Rochelle postponed when giving the opportunity for the new position, she should have come straight out and informed Mr. Gilman about her bits of learning as for the job.

It is good to know your employees, employer or peers while being a part of the organization. The situation otherwise gets tough to communicate with the individual without the right information. It will be harder to put the bits of the question together, which will simply provoke disorder and inevitably miscommunication.

Conclusion,

Stereotypes are generalizations about a group of people where we attribute a defined set of characteristics to the group (Straker, 2002, Stereotypes). In the position that Syd Gilman put himself in, I believe that he was not trying to classify Rochelle negatively, instead was giving her an opportunity to grow and enhance her experience that he had been through. He was simply acting off of the information that he in a matter of seconds had and his driving forces. Having no information what-so-ever about the position, Rochelle framed a hurried sentiment without honest to goodness data. She went anxious affirming that her color and gender was making an obstruction for her climb in the organization. In case she would have talked up when she had the chance, her request would have been tended to and she would comprehend that as an accomplice brand overseer, her target to move to top organization was impossible.
