Anything that was maybe misunderstood during the exchange of information can be corrected immediately.

- Disadvantages:

Impossible to preserve the message for future use.

It can be denied easily if the situation goes against the speaker.

She said that the challenges lies in catching them quickly and implementing newer solutions to meet their needs. Adding to all those benefits of the advancement of technology, this has also allowed them to implement an NPS (Net Promoter Score) System which allows them to poll their costumers after every interaction with their CSR team.
