5.0 Student’s Service

Service delivery scheme of prominent education and career coaching centers are similar to some extent. Few schemes are mentioned below:

- Resourceful Lectures: Smart and experienced instructors provide resourceful lectures prudently to assist the students in order to enhance their skills.

- Creative Instructions: Numerous mathematical and analytical lessons required for an admission test or for a standardized examination often involve much time and attention of students to understand. Coaching centers try to provide creative instructions to their students that they might precede study with better understanding.

- Supplementary Coaching Materials: Coaching centers encourage students to take class notes while they attain any class. They also encourage students being interactive in order to enhance their skills. Along with that they provide specific handouts and suggestions to the students that facilitate them a lot.

- Extra-Academic Assistance: Coaching centers help students to enrich personal traits by encouragement. Instructors also help students to increase their self-confidence by consultancy. They help students by asking courses related problems and by giving their precious time for remedial classes.

Basically the clients of coaching centers are undergraduate or graduate students. Often service holders and business persons also do courses in order to develop their skills in English speaking and writing which might be beneficent to their work.

6.2 Current Market Situation

Students who want to admit specially in IBA, DU, CU, JU and such other public universities, UCC or Uniaid already comes at their first choice for better assistance. 6.3 Management System

To manage the coaching centers appropriately, distinctive authority maintains own different organizational structure along with designed management system. The authority of a coaching center selects some smart, educated, and trustworthy person as branch-head to manage their different branches efficiently.
