Wheels will take care of that for their clients, so they could just be out there working instead of wasting the time on those things. When you call the call center day or night, you will always speak to a representative.

Trying to figure out a new product or service for Wheels is difficult because they just about though of everything from not worry about tax registrations, toll violations, or even the maintenance repairs. They do not want their clients not working so instead they help them out. They only thing I can think of is having all the technology- the features all up to date and having a gps that has all the updated maps, roads on it. Having that updated is important because you do not want the fleets to get stranded and not work. You want all your clients to be stress free and not worry about anything at all.
