Another mothod is to set up big brand for business. Known brand , the business owners can recruit suitable staffs to work. Brands need to set up a lot of time and effort. For Qantas , the branding has been completed , with valuable prizes ( Best airline in 2005,2006,2008 by Skytrax voted, Best service airline in-flight entertainment in 2002,2003,2005,2006 by Skytrax voted,.. ) .In addition , a lot of people want to be recruited by famous companies although not high wages.

In oder to maintain the commitment of employees and implement HR planning , we need to fully implement the labor regime and health checks for employees. In addition , response fully labor rights for workers , salaries, vacation moods, ect.
