2. Lack of Co-Operation:
The external recruitment causes the old or present employees not willing to help the new one, because they feel that the new employee has snatched away their right in promoting to the new post .
3. High Cost:
This type of employment will be Expensive because it need advertisement arranging testes and then conducting interviews to select the most qualified and suitable one ,and all the above process may need to be repeated if the suitable person is not available .
4. Problem of Maladjustment:
The new employee may face a problem of merging with the new environment of the organization or with a new team and employees, so these may lead him to leave the job.
We can’t conclude which method of recruitment is better and superior to the other, because finding of the best employee is a hard task
Sometimes in some companies the internal recruitment will be the best way, especially for the lower positions and in small organizations, and when there is, in the company, qualified employees can fill the vacancy.
While external employment will be suitable when there are needs for recruiting skill, talent, and knowledge persons
When there is need for bringing new ideas and experience to the company
And also to secure the diversity in the organization
Therefore the mixed method of recruitment will be the optimum method
