What was my greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment is being the team leader of my group. Actually, I was informed that I have been selected as the team leader just few days before the travel date. Although I just needed to do some simple jobs, such as headcount, I felt very nervous at that moment, because I have never seen most of my teammates before. However, I have finished the jobs finally with the supports from my teammates. What's more, we have built up strong team spirit and friendship over time, and we stayed together as a family, and I believed that it is the most successful achievement I have done in this journey.

People You Admire

What did I learn from people I admire in the organization?

The people I admire most is my colleague, Xiao Pan. She was a local student who just graduate, and have worked in the company as a intern for a year. However, she was a super hard-working people, and focused on her jobs every moment. Most impressively, whenever I have come across some difficulties, and asked her for help, she was always patient and conscientious, and put down all her works to help me solve the problems. I believed that she really flung herself into her work, and loved her job. I highly appreciated and respected her working attitude, and I have learnt that if I find something what I am really interested in, I must be initiative and stick to it, and should not give up easily anymore.
