Technology Factor - Technology is the most important thing for Wazbox, because Wazbox is technology-based business. The development of technology is growing so that it can facilitate and simplify people’s activity. It will become an opportunity for Wazbox to develop its business.

One of the advance technology in Indonesia is Indonesia has launched 4G LTE network. There are also many smartphone that already support 4G networks and there is operator that provides modem 4G. With the 4G network, then people of Indonesia will access internet faster and cheaper.

Software house and programmer is growing in Indonesia. However, companies that focused in developing application for operational activity in laundry are limited. There is no major brand in application developer that focused in operational laundry activity. So, the rivalry among existing competitor is medium.

To enter in online application business is quite easy because it doesn’t required large capital. But, to make an application to assist in operational activities in laundry, requires special skills and knowledge that are not owned by everyone. In addition, Good reputation and portfolio is useful to gain the trust of user. So, the threat of new entry is medium.

- Threat of substitutes

Substitute of Wazbox application is recording manually by laundry. By simply using the manual recording, the possibility of human error is bigger. The mistake in recording will result the financial loss. So, the threat of substitute is low.

- Bargaining power of suppliers

Back end of Wazbox is web hosting, and the type of the web hosting that Wazbox used is VPS. There are many VPS providers and the price is very competitive in accordance of the facilities provided. Based on that, Wazbox can easily change the provider. So the bargaining power of supplier is low.

- Bargaining power of buyers

Because only few companies that sell application for laundry’s operational activity, so buyer do not have much choices. Buyers also not price sensitive, because they are willing to pay high to get the best services to help them improve their laundry business.
