The fourth kinds of resistance are come from the negative experience with change. People with different background made up the company. If there are some people have the experience with failed change of management, they are more likely to resist future initiatives. They are unhappy to join and do not trust the information from manager. The negative emotion has infectious. The resistance will become a big problem in company quickly (Burns 2011).
In conclusion, when company want to change the management process like project management, the company is face challenge of inside resistance in company. There are four main resistances that mentioned above come from inside of company. The first one is lack of knowledge of project management; the second one is powerful vested interests fear to losing power; the third one is concern the cost of change. The last one is past failed experience of members of company.
