Globalization is created because of consumerism and it gives rise to culture merges around the world. What are the boundaries and cons of consumerism in Globalization?

The culture-ideology of consumerism refers to the transformation throughout human history to a globalizing phenomenon directed at the mass of the population. First, capitalism entered a qualitatively new globalizing phase in the 1950s. As the electronic revolution got underway, significant changes began to occur in the productivity of capitalist factories, systems of extraction and processing of raw materials, product design, marketing and distribution of goods and services. It took root in the United States, but soon spread to Japan, Western Europe and other parts of the developed world, to the newly industrializing countries. The technical and social relations that structured the mass media all over the world made it very easy for new consumerist lifestyles to become the dominant motif for these media, which became in time extraordinarily efficient vehicles for the broadcasting of the culture-ideology of consumerism globally (Sklair 2002).

When we talk about of a definition for globalization we can find many interpretations, I will explain the general concepts, Globalization is a process by which markets integrate worldwide, and it has had one of the biggest impacts in the world, in which there are many interactions among people, governments and companies in the world. Globalization it immerse in cultural matters as: population, migration, linguistic changes. Using culture as the main point it investigates the countries and communities way of living. It has accelerated steadily over the past 60 years.

It has moved ahead in a constant movement, one of their goals of generating more decent jobs in the global economy is largely overlooked international policies.

Culture has to do with the job offering in each country, because they are related with their cultural activities, when we see the facts about environment there is a tool to pay and there are positive but more negative effects on the earth’s quality and sustainability for future generations.

Many people have job that Globalization gives, through factories that are open in countries where people work for wages that are low. Countries with an economy that is developing allow Companies because they give jobs to many people, besides this countries are immerse in the world of globalization Mexico is a country that has a lot of people without and even thought their wages the employees have a benefit of having a job for example the production of Levis is part of a globalization production, it is an American company, but the Jens are made in Thailand and the denim is bought in Mexico, and some of them manufactured in Mexico and Guatemala , also this countries are perfect for low pay jobs, because people need job to eat, but in countries like USA in the world of denim, a “Made in the USA” tag has become a novelty. The garment industry’s economies of scale are long gone. The outcome: it now costs the equivalent of a car payment to buy jeans, sourced from a US factory doling out decent pay and benefits, from a major apparel brand. This is actually cheap compared to the $300 to $400 fashionistas pay for, jeans that are not available for the mass just for people who can afford these prices. Globalization provides these kinds of jobs all around the world in developing countries and benefits lots of people.in the other hand there is an association called Global
